… from seemingly out of nowhere summer’s right round the corner, but thankfully at least someone hasn’t let time just slip past: chris’s new track, 16, is a delicate, close up recording with some superb harmonies. check it out.

for me, music is lying fallow at the moment. settling into my superb new home and doing some reading.

i spent 3 hours playing with a couple of new bits of percussion and made Slideverse, a random bit of mishmash.

the reversing was done on my loop pedal and played ‘live’. the guitar is an old aria electric on which i customised the string height to make into a lapsteel slide guitar.
